Terms of Service

Effective 2026-05-07.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Connectrix (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. In these Terms, "we" and "us" refer to the operator of Connectrix, and "you" refers to the individual or entity using the Service.

Beta status

Connectrix is currently offered as a beta service. The features, behavior, and availability of the Service may change at any time during the beta period, and the Service may contain defects. We provide the Service on an as-is basis during this period, without warranty of any kind. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for the content you submit, the platforms you connect, and the audiences you publish to. Without limiting the disclaimers and limitation of liability sections below, you acknowledge that you should not rely on the beta Service for business-critical workflows that require a guaranteed level of uptime, durability, or feature stability.

The service

Connectrix lets teams connect, schedule, and publish content to social platforms from one workspace. The features available to you depend on the social platforms you connect, the plan you are on, and the access controls set by your workspace owner. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough under the laws of your country to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens on your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, transmit malware, or interfere with the operation of the Service. You also agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or rate-abuse the Service or the platforms it integrates with. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

Third-party platforms

Connectrix publishes on your behalf to social platforms operated by third parties. Your use of those platforms through Connectrix is governed by the terms and policies of each platform, in addition to these Terms.

When you connect a Google or YouTube account, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Connectrix's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Other connected platforms have their own terms, which apply when you publish to them through Connectrix.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf, including delivering it to the platforms you have connected. This license ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for copies retained for backup, audit, or legal compliance on a documented schedule.

You are responsible for the content you publish. You represent that you have the rights necessary to publish it and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

Fees

Some features of the Service are offered for a fee. Fees, billing periods, and refund terms are presented at the point of purchase. Failure to pay may result in loss of access to paid features. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you creates risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data will be accurate, complete, or preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connectrix and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Connectrix is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
